==Forest database==
This is the database that input data is [http://heurekaslu.org/help/en/index.html?importera_data.htm imported to]. You can connect to the same forest database from StandWise, PlanWise and RegWise. Each application contains the same functionality and menu items for importing data.

==Result database==
This is the database where results from simulations and optimizations are saved. A simulation is linked to a certain [http://heurekaslu.org/help/en/index.html?skapa_nytt_projekt.htm project] identity key. This means that the results for a simulation created in a certain project is only available if that project is opened (in PlanWise for example). It also means that several users can share that same result database. Note that this has only to do with convencience, not security. Any user that has access to a certain database can also access all data in that database, for example by using SQL Server Management Studio.

If you want to share results with another user, so that user can view the result in for example PlanWise, you must share the project itself with the user, and the result database.
